Champion Humanity is a partnership between Aegis Trust and Kigali Genocide Memorial that creates high-quality products to support humanitarian causes. All proceeds go towards the amazing work of these organisations. The Champion Humanity pin is a badge of honor that proudly represents one’s dedication to making the world a better place.

This is the Nyamirambo Women’s Center, which supports women’s self-improvement and the production of crafts that boost tourism.
The main objectives are:
- To strengthen the institutional and organizational capacity of NWC
- To promote and empower women through capacity development and employment
- To promote women and community-based tourism
Dockmai rwanda
Our products are handmade with passion in Rwanda by skilled and highly motivated female and male leather craftspeople, most of whom trained in-house and on the job. We encourage them to come up with their own new designs and ideas, and to improve the quality of the products they make.
Ikirezi Bookshop
Ikirezi is established in a modern building, parking in front and on the rear a spectacular view on Kigali’s wetlands, the city center and its surrounding mountains. To serve our customers we partner with all major publishers in France, Belgium and the United Kingdom as well Ikirezi established a network of suppliers of high-quality school and art materials as well as office supplies. The results of our commitment are presented on a surface of around 300m²: a well-organized shop where books, stationery, art materials, games and plays and a few more other things, all in all, some 6.000, are well presented and offer for almost everybody something attention-grabbing.

Rubia Coffee
Rubia Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café based at origin in Kigali, Rwanda. Its mission is to promote a coffee culture at origin by roasting and serving a high-quality specialty coffee directly sourced from local coffee farmers. The company is expanding with a coffee campus offering coffee experience and classes to the public on topics related to Rwandan coffee, roasting, brewing and coffee tasting.

Champion Humanity
Manages the cafe, giftshop, and visitor experience at the Kigali Genocide Memorial, with profits supporting the Aegis Trust’s peace-building work. They offer “Champion Humanity Tours” and educational resources focusing on peace, values education, and reconciliation, often working with youth and international groups.
Aegis Trust Rwanda
Peace education at the Kigali Genocide Memorial and beyond helps young people learn from the past and prevent future atrocities. Aegis documents survivor testimony and evidence to support learning and reconciliation in Rwanda and beyond. Survivors’ stories are central, and those most affected receive support to rebuild their lives and move forward.
Kigali Genocide Memorial
The Kigali Genocide Memorial includes three permanent exhibitions, the largest of which documents the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. There is also a children’s memorial and an exhibition on the history of genocidal violence around the world. The education center, gardens, and Genocide Archive of Rwanda contribute to a meaningful tribute to those who perished, and provide a powerful educational experience for visitors.
